Are there any hidden extras?
No, the price we agree with you for a bed is
the price you pay.
How can I buy a bed without trying it?
When people try a bed out in a shop they will
lie on it for 10 minutes at the most. In reality that is not long
enough to see whether a bed is really suitable. Your body will
adjust to your bed but it helps if you choose a soft medium or hard
bed in the first place. We listen to what type of bed you need then
advise you on the best type.
Why are the prices so cheap?
As we do not have a showroom, we do not have
the large overheads that go with it. This keeps our costs down. We
don't have large numbers of sales staff to pay for either, another
way of keeping control over costs.
What guarantee is there?
All beds are covered by consumers statutory
rights. In addition we are so confident of the quality of our Pocket
Sprung Beds, we offer a 5 year guarantee on them
I've never heard of Just-Beds. Who are you?
The business was started by Norman Aston in
1999 and has successfully grown to be a leading bed supplier in the
South East of England. Norman is highly involved in the day to day
running of the sales and distribution side of the business. The
traditional mattresses and bases are all hand made in the UK. Metal,
Pine Bases and Futons are all supplied by another well established
bed and furniture manufacturer who have been trading for over 20
years.Where do you
deliver?
We deliver beds and bedroom furniture across the South East of
England. Bedroom furniture can also be shipped by courier
throughout the UK. We are sorry but because of the nature of
beds they must be shipped in a van and this makes it uneconomic to
ship beds outside fo our normal delivery area.
How do I order?
By telephone. Call on 01293 535147 anytime
between 8:00am to 8:00pm, 7 days a week 364 days a year. We don't
accept orders over the Internet yet as we prefer to talk to each
customer and make sure that we understand exactly what sort of bed
you would like and agree with you when we are going to deliver your
bed.
How do I pay?
Pay by cash, cheques accompanied by a valid
cheque card and credit and debit cards. We can take your payment
over the phone or take payment on delivery. We don't do credit
as this increases the overall cost of the bed.
When can you deliver?
We carry stock of most of the divan beds and
can deliver these all within a couple of days. We will agree with
you when you order when we can deliver to you. If it is urgent then
we will make your delivery urgent as well! We aim to make sure we
can deliver when you need the bed. In the event of us not having the
right bed for you in stock we can get Divans made and delivered in 7
days and pine or metal beds normally within 21 days
Are there any delivery charges?
No- not within the delivery area. The only
time we need to charge delivery is when we agree to make a delivery
outside our normal sales area. Then we may ask you to pay a delivery
charge. We would be pleased to confirm this at the time of enquiry.

Can I order in different colours?
Yes, different colours and finishes can be
supplied for Divan beds just ask for details! These will not be from
stock and but can normally be supplied in a couple of weeks days. Please ask for details of
different colours and finishes. Metal beds are... err metal, so we
don't have much option to change the colours, same with the pine
beds and furniture
Can I order custom sizes and levels of padding?
No problem. We can change the size of the
divans
as well as the amount of padding in each mattress. People with bad
backs often need a much firmer mattress to give them support and we
offer a full range of orthopedic mattresses for this purpose. |
